These Terms & Rental Notes govern your rental of eBikes and motorcycles, and participation in guided MTB coaching, with Pacifica eBike & Motorcycle Rentals. By booking or riding with us, you agree to the following.
All rentals begin with an availability request. We confirm availability — typically within 3 hours — before any booking is finalized. Motorcycle reservations are completed off-site; we will ask for your estimated miles to confirm the right arrangement before redirecting you to complete the reservation.
Pickup is in the Pacifica area near Eureka Square. For the security of our equipment, the exact pickup address is shared privately after your booking is confirmed. Equipment must be returned on the agreed date and time in the condition it was provided.
A premium helmet and safety gear are included with every rental. Riders are responsible for wearing provided gear, following all traffic laws, and riding within their ability and the equipment’s intended use.
Rental rates are confirmed at booking. A refundable security deposit is held against damage or late return and released after a satisfactory return inspection. Cancellations are accommodated when we are notified in advance — contact us as early as possible to adjust or cancel your booking.
Riding involves inherent risks. Renters assume responsibility for safe operation and may be liable for loss or damage to equipment during the rental period. Pacifica eBike & Motorcycle Rentals is not liable for injury or loss resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety guidance, to the extent permitted by law.
Coaching sessions are tailored to rider skill level and run at the coach’s discretion based on conditions and safety. Sessions may be rescheduled due to weather or trail conditions. Participants ride at their own risk and must follow all coach instructions.
